LexSense LLC ("LexSense", "we") provides legal document management software and related services at https://lexsense.ai.

What we collect on this website

The demo-request form collects the name, email address, firm name, and message you choose to send us. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry. This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics.

Customer data in our products

Documents and records that firms store in LexSense products belong to the customer. We act as a processor: we do not mine, sell, or use customer files to train AI models, and we access customer data only to provide support the customer requests or as the service agreement provides.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted, logged, and protected by multi-factor authentication.

Retention & your choices

Demo-request emails are retained only as long as needed to handle the conversation. You may request deletion or a copy of your inquiry data at any time by emailing hello@lexsense.ai.
